Tim Loza

Tim created a company specializing in the rockwork and water feature business. During the next 16 years the company was responsible for projects ranging from Architectural Fountains to 100-acre lakes. The work he and his crews completed were in resort towns such as Las Vegas, Nevada, Orlando, Florida, Hawaii, Barbados, British West Indies, Santiago, Chile, South Korea, The Philippine Islands, Cabo San Lucas, and Baja California. Tim began to diversify in the early part of 2000 and along with operating his water feature company he became director of Property Development for Saddleback Church. He directed the construction of the site work and worked with a General Contractor to complete a 74,000 square foot Children’s Ministry Center on the Saddleback Church Campus. In 2004 Tim started Saddleback Development and during the next 4 years he and his team worked closely with Saddleback Church to design/build over 60 million dollars in construction improvements to the 120 acre Saddleback Church Campus. In 2011 Tim completed a design build Water Park in Antelope, Oregon for a Non-Profit summer camp operator, Young Life. In May of 2012 he constructed an 18,000 square foot Wave Pool for the Pharaoh’s Water Park in Redlands.

Broc Loza

Broc has been working for the company for 15 years as a Project Manager on many of the jobs. He has designed and built projects in many states and offshore also. Broc is proficient at estimating and budgeting projects as well.
